Include these details

Remove names, worklog text and other private information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, API tokens, bank details or a full export unless a specific, safe transfer has been agreed.

Things to check first

A check is taking longer than expected

Look at its latest status and coverage. Larger project inventories take longer even when only a few entries fall inside your chosen dates. Avoid starting duplicate checks. If the app offers recovery or a retry, follow that action; do not treat an older capture as current.

An entry is missing or the saved view will not open

Jira permissions may have changed, an entry may have become restricted, or Jira may not yet have confirmed a deletion. Ask your administrator to check access. The app can offer a fresh Jira check while protecting details it can no longer authorize. A missing entry alone is not evidence of a deletion.

The projects or entries exceed the limit

The app counts the total selected project inventory and source worklogs, including work outside the chosen dates. Choose eligible projects with a smaller inventory. Do not repeatedly shorten the dates and assume that makes coverage complete. See the exact limits.

Copy or download does not work

Check the export preview first. If automatic copy is blocked, select and copy the preview manually. For a report, copying gives readable text; the HTML download keeps the formatted layout. Report the browser and the action that failed.

The subscription is inactive

Ask the Jira billing administrator to review the app subscription through Atlassian. New checks and review changes pause. Authorized historical exports and erasure remain available within the retention period. Support cannot infer billing status from a screenshot or promise a refund outside the applicable Marketplace process.

Reviews are missing after reinstalling

A reinstall creates a new storage partition. Previous reviews do not return automatically. Contact us promptly: Atlassian documents a recovery request deadline of 21 days after uninstall and requires customer consent. Recovery depends on Atlassian support and is not guaranteed.
